Frederick Koewing born in Missouri in 1843. In
your list of Koewing emigrees you dont
seem to have any Koewing in
the USA before 1857. Your thoughts? Also,
I have not been able to
locate any Koewings in the USA subsequent
to Frederick's children
(one of whom was my grandmother). Any
help on this would be

great-great grandmothers was Sophia Anna
Kowing who was born in
Gottingen in 1835. I have quite a bit
of information about her and will

come across very few instances
of the name in the UK. Found your website
